The European Youth Parliament BALKAN’S EXCHANGE FORUM 2011 will take place in the famous re-sorts of Black Sea Riviera (Albena-Varna Region in Bulgaria and Constanta Region in Romania). Youngsters from European countries will celebrate the European Year of Volunteering, under the motto “Yes, we can overcome the Crisis”, combining the typical EYP program with cultural, sports events, trips and even relaxing time, as well as enjoying the summer sun while discovering the beauty of Romanian and Bulgarian beaches. |
